Tieto has today cancelled 710 693 treasury shares in line with the decisions on the share buyback programmes announced on 12 February and 22 July 2026. The company is cancelling the repurchased shares on a monthly basis. The cancellation reduces the total number of shares and votes to 110 219 457.
The cancellation of the shares was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 28 September 2026, after which the company holds a total of 522 000 treasury shares, including the shares repurchased by 25 September 2026.
