My name is Henadzi, and I am the founder of Dev48.

The company has been operating since 2020, but my journey in IT began in 2000. Over the years, I've worked on over a hundred projects — from small tasks to large-scale systems. I've been an employee, built teams, set up processes, and seen what works and what doesn't. This experience shaped my understanding of what quality IT production should look like.

The main takeaway from all this time: technology evolves so quickly that keeping up with everything alone is simply impossible. That's why Dev48 is built around team expertise. We have specialists in key areas — backend, design systems, infrastructure. Each person owns their domain at a high level, and together we solve problems comprehensively. The result of this approach is 130+ successful projects and long-term client relationships.

We don't push technical decisions onto the client. Tech stack selection, architecture, risk management — we handle all of that. The client comes with a problem and gets a finished product that works and delivers value.
