In this newly established role, Erglis will lead Emergn’s AI strategy across its operations and accelerate the development of new products and services.

Erglis brings over two decades of experience driving technological innovation and leading transformative initiatives within global organizations. His expertise spans the practical application of AI and machine learning across diverse industries, resulting in measurable improvements in operational efficiency, product development, and customer engagement. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to fostering a continuous learning and experimentation culture at Emergn.

Previously, Erglis served as Emergn’s Vice President of Technology Strategy, where he supported clients in strengthening workflows, driving digital transformation, and advancing AI initiatives. He led the Machine Learning Lab in Latvia, which creates, tests, and experiments with new technologies.

Erglis holds a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Latvia, where he has also contributed to research on data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
