November 2, 2026 / Budapest, Hungary. Dahua Technology, a world-leading video-centric AIoT solution and service provider, has officially opened its European Technical Service Center in Hungary, marking an important step in strengthening localized technical support and after-sales services across Europe.
The center integrates hotline assistance, remote technical support, hands-on training, and after-sales repair services in one facility. Designed to bring technical services closer to customers, it will enable faster responses, more efficient support, and a better overall service experience.
Enhancing Service Efficiency Across Europe
Ahead of its official opening, the center completed a three-month trial operation. During this time, average repair turnaround times shortened significantly, while the share of issues resolved through remote technical support on the first attempt continued to improve. Building on this progress, Dahua will further coordinate repair and technical services, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Jack Li, Senior Vice President of Dahua Technology and President of the Delivery and Service Center, emphasized the importance of responsive local services and accessible technical support in improving the customer experience.

Dahua’s service network in Europe handles more than 50,000 support cases annually through hotline, online, and remote technical support channels. Its more than 20 company-operated and authorized repair locations also handle nearly 50,000 device repairs a year. With the new center in operation, the proportion of helpdesk requests answered within one hour is expected to exceed 90%, helping customers receive more timely support.
To better address Europe’s multilingual service needs, Dahua has also enhanced the automatic translation capabilities of its smart service robot, HuaBot. With a first-contact resolution rate of 85%, HuaBot helps resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while inquiries requiring further assistance can be seamlessly transferred to human agents.
Empowering Customers and Partners
The new technical service center complements two existing facilities in Hungary: the Dahua CEENT Regional Experience Center, which showcases products and integrated solutions, and the Dahua European Supply Center, which supports supply chain operations and logistics. Together, the three centers form an integrated regional support system, combining solution demonstrations, hands-on technical training, and supply chain services for customers and partners.
The center will also provide technical support for new category business and more complex, project-based solutions, extending beyond Dahua’s core product portfolio. Working closely with local teams and partners, its specialists will help address technical challenges at every stage of a project, from solution preparation and implementation to troubleshooting.
“We want to move beyond simply providing technical assistance when problems arise. Instead, we aim to build a more proactive service model that helps customers prevent issues, improve implementation quality, and achieve better results throughout the entire project lifecycle,” said Mr. Eric Hu, General Manager of Dahua Hungary.
Looking ahead, Dahua will continue working with its headquarters, local teams, and channel partners to improve technical response and customer service. The European Technical Service Center adds to Dahua’s local service capabilities in Europe and reflects its long-term commitment to providing reliable, professional support to customers and partners.
