125+ Year Old, CWS Workwear Modernizes Its Digital Identity with SitecoreAI

Leading European workwear company cuts content launch times from six weeks to just six hours, transforms multi-market customer experiences

SALEM, NEW HAMPSHIRE – November 5, 2026 – Today, Sitecore announced that CWS Workwear, a leading European "workwear as a service" company has transformed its digital foundation using SitecoreAI. By migrating to SitecoreAI, CWS Workwear reduced content launch times from six weeks to just six hours and consolidated over 12,000 pages of digital content across 15 languages.

For more than 125 years, CWS Workwear has provided workwear solutions to businesses using a rental model centered on service and reliability. As digital channels became central to its customer journey, the company faced operational bottlenecks caused by legacy digital infrastructure shared across multiple group entities. To increase agility and support AI-powered workflows, CWS Workwear partnered with Sitecore Partner 7 Kings Code to execute a comprehensive digital migration in just 3.5 months.

Key operational highlights of the implementation include:

  • Accelerated Launch Cycles: New web content now goes live in six hours, down from a six-week timeline.
  • Streamlined Localization: AI-assisted translation workflows save six to seven working days per landing page across 15 markets.
  • Faster Campaign Delivery: Marketing campaign timelines compressed from three months to four weeks.
  • Data-Driven Personalization: Integration of Sitecore CDP and Sitecore Personalize enables dynamic content tailored to industry segments and audience behaviors.

"Sitecore AI has been a real game-changer for us,” said Syed Salman Ali, Director of Marketing, Technology, and Performance at CWS Workwear. “We now have a single, connected ecosystem that gives our teams the tools and freedom to move fast, deliver personalized experiences, and keep up with the demands of 15 markets”.

"Multinational organizations require digital platforms that combine global consistency with local agility," said Dave Tilbury, COO at Sitecore. "By selecting SitecoreAI, CWS Workwear has shown the very real, tangible value of intelligent automation and connection across content environments, which not only enable brands to rapidly turn customer insights into personalized, multilingual digital experiences at scale, but go to market at a speed that just wouldn’t have been possible for large, multi-market businesses even five years ago”.
