Last April, eight Roblox creators battled for the Champion’s Crown and $50,000 across some of the platform’s top competitive games. Tomorrow, our third annual Creator Showdown—and our first-ever international esports showdown—will be streaming live from São Paulo, Brazil. Eight Brazilian creators in teams of two will compete in five popular Roblox games for the crown and the first place prize of $50,000 Brazilian reais. But every team will take home something, with additional prizes of R$25,000, R$15,000, and R$10,000, respectively, for the second- through fourth-place teams.

The Creator Showdown livestream will begin at 5 pm BRT (1 pm PDT) in Portuguese on Roblox’s Brazilian YouTube and TikTok channels—and in English on our official YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels.

In Brazil, popular Brazilian creators LimaMosca, MoonyCaroll, and Ana Xisdê will co-host the livestream. Actor and dancer LimaMosca is well known in Brazil’s gaming community for content around popular titles such as DOORS, Dandy’s World, and Animal Hospital. He’s served as an official host and caster for Roblox events across Latin America for the past several years. A talented dancer, actor, and creator, MoonyCaroll is known for her vibrant personality, signature blue hair, and undeniable charisma. She made her first appearance as a caster at Gamescom last year and has made a name for herself in the gaming community. Internationally recognized, Ana Xisdê has transformed her passion for gaming into an award-winning professional career. From the countryside of São Paulo to some of the world’s biggest stages, she brings the passion, experience, and expertise she’s gained in the gaming industry.

For English speakers, the livestream will be co-hosted by popular Brazilian YouTube streamer Febatista and WaffleTrades, a streamer known for his content around Roblox events, avatar items, and giveaways.

The full lineup includes four teams:

The Brazil Creator Showdown will require teams to compete in five games:

  • Showdown: Anime FPS Jutsu Shooter: An anime-style first-person shooter featuring precision gunplay and jutsu (special abilities). Teams will compete in an esports arena built directly into the game’s Shibuya-inspired hub.
  • Clean Crew: A multiplayer roguelite survival horror game featuring cooperative gameplay, enemies, and bosses that spawn unexpectedly. Players must partner up to clean abandoned apartments while avoiding hazards and fighting off pests.
  • FIFA Super Soccer: Official FIFA-partnered soccer game featuring fast-paced gameplay and customization. Teams will need to use advanced dribbling and passing skills to take the win.
  • Beat Battles: Competitive music creation and remixing featuring stage battles, voting, and special audio effects. Players will compete to drop the best beat by creating original music using a custom piano roll or remixing unique audio loops to create tracks.
  • Killstreak Battle Royale: A fast-paced arcade first-person shooter and battle royale featuring fluid movement, tactical gunplay, and consecutive elimination rewards. Players parachute onto a map and have to work together to locate gear and weapons, survive a shrinking zone, and fight to be the last team standing.

We’re excited to bring the Creator Showdown to São Paulo and celebrate the imagination that Brazilian creators and players bring to these games in this live elimination tournament.
