The August update for Vimeo Enterprise is now available and includes significant improvements for webinars, live streams, and Vimeo AI.
Here is everything that is new.
Webinars
Create a single registration form in 8 languages
You can now translate every field of your registration form—labels, options, and help text—into up to 8 languages, using AI translation to prepare a draft. Attendees see the version that matches their browser language and can switch languages using a dropdown menu on the form.
Live Stream users
Customize event reminders as you see fit
Choose the frequency that works for each event. Select from preset reminder times or set a custom interval from a few minutes to 90 days before the start. Add up to 10 reminders per event.
Enterprise users
Specify a unique sender for each event's emails
You can now choose the "From" name for each event's emails instead of using a single sender for the entire account. If you host events for multiple brands or regions, each one can now use its own sender name along with its logo and colors.
Live Stream users
Ask open-ended questions during registration
Registration forms now include a free-text field, allowing you to ask questions that don't fit into dropdowns or checkboxes, such as what attendees would like to hear from the speaker. Labels for checkboxes and free-text fields now support up to 1,000 characters instead of 240.

Magic Links: registered attendees join with one click
Every registered attendee automatically receives their own personal login link. Clicking it takes the user directly to the event, bypassing the login screen, and the same link is carried over to their Google, Outlook, or iCal calendar invite. Embedded events are not yet supported.

Send email confirmations to users registered via API
Registration confirmation emails are now sent to leads who register via the Vimeo API or external lead sources such as LinkedIn. Simply enable the corresponding setting for a specific event to activate this feature for any of your live streams.

Blur or replace the speaker's background
Speakers can now blur their background or replace it entirely right in the camera settings within Browser Studio. Choose your team's branded set, upload your own image, or use ready-made options from Vimeo.

Pin the camera anywhere during screen sharing
When you share your screen in Browser Studio, you can now change the position of the camera video feed—pin it to a corner, drag it to any location, or resize it. The settings in the studio exactly match what your viewers see.

Set the live stream thumbnail from basic settings
You can now add or change a live stream thumbnail directly on the basic settings page—no more searching for it in the Destinations > Setup sections.

Track your AI credit usage accurately
New usage pages for your organization and each workspace show your current balance, amount used, and remaining balance, broken down by AI product, date, user, and video. Export the entire history to CSV, and if you are an admin, set the credit limit available for each workspace.
