Every update we ship starts with the same question: how do we evolve how athletes track, understand, and share their movement? This month, the answer spans the weight room, the Routes you explore, and the ways you share your effort. Here's what's new.
Fresh Strava Activity Stickers are here, free for everyone. Open your most recent activity, tap the share button, and pick your favorite to post straight to your socials.
Log your strength training with ease
Getting your sets onto Strava is now more flexible. Add exercises by snapping a photo of your strength plan, dictating your sets, pulling from a past session, or typing them in. Your workout log updates automatically, and that log generates your muscle map.
Discover your next Route, and know what to expect
Subscribers can now search for Routes to hike, run, walk, or ride in their own words. Try suggestions like "hike with views" or "flat path" to see options.
Once you've found one, you can preview it in more detail. Route previews now include photos, recent activity, how many people have explored it, and an interactive terrain chart showing grade and climbs.
Explore more activity offline
Now in Offline Mode, subscribers can see their downloaded Routes or record a workout from their mobile home screen as soon as they're offline.
Try it out for yourself
These updates are live now. Make sure you're running the latest version of the Strava app, then explore what's changed. Stay tuned to Strava Stories for the next wave of updates.
