For Partners & Clients

New Consolidated Merchant Views in the Partner Portal: Partners can now view settlements and transactions across all their managed merchants from a single tab in the Partner Portal. This means no more signing into each merchant account individually. The new Viewing Merchant Settlements page provides a consolidated, read-only list of settlements across all merchants you manage, while Viewing Merchant Transactions gives you a unified transaction ledger in one place.

For Developers

Partitioned Reports — New Reporting Infrastructure: A new Partitioned Reports section has been added to the API Reference, covering paginated, date-partitioned reconciliation, settlement, and commission reports. This gives developers a more structured and scalable way to retrieve large report datasets without hitting payload size limits — particularly useful for high-volume merchant environments.
Dispute Webhooks: New merchant_ewallet Parameter: The Dispute Created Webhook and Dispute Updated Webhook now include the merchant_ewallet parameter. This allows partners and PayFacs (payment facilitators) to identify which specific merchant’s wallet is associated with a dispute event, enabling more precise dispute routing in multi-merchant setups.
Developer Docs Optimized for AI and LLM Tooling: Rapyd’s documentation site has been updated with an llms.txt file and companion Markdown files for all HTML documentation pages. These leaner, structured formats are purpose-built for AI consumption, making the docs library significantly more accessible to AI coding assistants and LLM-based developer tools, while also reducing token usage. A direct link to the llms.txt file has been added to the main documentation index, making it easy for AI tools to discover and parse the full API reference programmatically.
Integration with Shva: New documentation covers the Integration with Shva, Israel’s primary card payments arena. Developers working with Israeli payment flows now have a dedicated reference for how Rapyd connects with the Shva network, including relevant request flows and technical considerations.
