Logitech has been recognized by Forbes as one of its 2026 “World’s Best Employers” for the third consecutive year, along with earning a spot on the “America’s Dream Employers” list.

“We are honored and grateful to once again be recognized as one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers. This recognition – for the third consecutive year – is a testament to the strong culture and core values that ground everything we do. A heartfelt thank you to our Logitech colleagues around the world for their passion and commitment to making Logitech such a special, award-winning workplace,” said Elaine Laird, Chief People Officer, Logitech.

At Logitech, we foster inclusion across our business and value chain to broaden perspectives, strengthen connections and drive innovation. We strive for equitable participation, creating spaces and experiences where everyone feels safe to contribute. From spotlighting women in tech, with a 50% leadership team and 36% female board representation, to fostering vibrant communities through our Employee Resource Groups, we champion representation across our people, products, and partnerships.

How the Lists Were Determined

These recognitions are especially meaningful because they are driven directly by employee and student feedback.

“World’s Best Employers”: Forbes and market research firm Statista surveyed over 300,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Participants rated their employers on factors like career growth, work-life balance and company reputation.

“America’s Dream Employers”: Forbes and Statista surveyed over 10,000 U.S. college students and 142,000 workers. Participants identified their “dream employers” and ranked companies based on culture, quality of work, wages and advancement opportunities.

We are honored by this dual recognition and remain committed to building a culture where all of our employees feel supported and inspired to do their best work.
