Annual Golden Kite Awards honor companies turning real-time visibility, automation and AI into measurable business results

CHICAGO — October 8, 2026 — FourKites®, the leader in AI-driven supply chain transformation, today announced the recipients of its annual customer awards, celebrating organizations that are delivering measurable results for their customers, their teams and their bottom lines. This year's winners span yard operations, global inbound visibility and automated carrier communication, each showing how better supply chain data and automation turn reactive work into proactive execution.

The Golden Kite Awards honor companies achieving exceptional outcomes across five categories: Supply Chain Resilience, Global Movement, Customer Commitment, Facility Excellence and Strategic Intelligence.

“This year’s Golden Kite Award winners are catching problems earlier and freeing their people for the work that matters most. Some have AI agents following up with carriers around the clock. Others have shifted yard teams from radios to live screens, or brought a global inbound network into a single view,” said Priya Rajagopalan, President, FourKites. “They’re showing what a proactive supply chain looks like in practice, and we’re proud to help make that possible.”

  • Kimberly-Clark, a four-time Golden Kite winner, received the Golden Kite Award for Supply Chain Resilience for moving daily exception triage from the end of the day to first thing in the morning. "With FourKites' AI agent Tracy handling exception monitoring, our team starts the day ahead: email volume is down 60%, 90% of exceptions are identified by 9 a.m., and 70% of customer appointment reschedules are now completed the same day," said Tony Poole, Senior Transportation Manager, Kimberly-Clark.
  • Arrow Electronics won the Global Movement category for building a single, real-time view of its global inbound supply chain with FourKites' Intelligent Control Tower. The platform brings Arrow's inbound purchase orders, warehouse transfers and outbound shipments across all three of its regions into one view. Sam, the AI agent Arrow co-developed with FourKites, turns supplier emails and documents into shipment records, and FourKites captures the order and shipment data Arrow's Foreign Trade Zone team previously researched by hand. "With that data flowing in automatically, we catch supplier compliance issues and shipment exceptions while freight is still moving, not weeks after it's been delivered," said Natalie de Vries, Business Planning Manager, Arrow Electronics.
  • Nestlé USA, a finalist in the 2023 awards, was honored with the Customer Commitment title for replacing manual carrier calls and emails with automated outreach through FourKites' AI agent Tracy. "FourKites' AI agent Tracy now automates carrier outreach across ~95% of our external customer volume," said Mike Kacsala, Digital and Strategy Consultant, NUSA Transportation, Nestlé USA. "In the first four weeks, on-time pickup at one site improved by 10% and on-time delivery at another improved by nearly that much as well. Our coordinators' queues now hold only true exceptions, freeing the team to focus on the loads that need human attention."
  • Volvo Group was named the winner in Facility Excellence for replacing radio-coordinated yard operations with real-time trailer visibility through FourKites' Dynamic Yard. Switchers now work from on-screen visibility into trailer location, which Chintan Shah, Sr. Industrial Engineer at Volvo Group, called "safer and more efficient," and the change has cut the site's detention costs "roughly in half, saving us tens of thousands of dollars." With FourKites' Appointment Manager going live next, Volvo will move scheduling off Excel so the team will "know exactly when carriers are arriving and have dock doors ready ahead of time."
  • Church & Dwight received the Golden Kite Award for Strategic Intelligence for turning transportation visibility from a passive reporting function into an active intelligence capability. "FourKites' AI agent Tracy handles 90+ emails and 450+ actions a day on our behalf, so our analysts focus on customer service instead of status chasing," said Suzanne Evans, Sr. Transportation Technology Manager, Church & Dwight. "On the loads Tracy monitors, on-time pickup is up 10% and on-time delivery 6-7%, and we're improving service while scaling operations without adding resources."

The awards were presented during the FourKites Customer Roundtable, held Oct. 5-6 in Chicago. The in-person event brought customers together to share best practices on carrier collaboration, facility optimization and moving from reactive to proactive supply chain operations.

One billion hours of operational work completed by AI agents over the next decade.

The supply chains that adopt autonomous execution in the next 24 months will define the competitive standard for the next decade. The ones that do not will spend that decade trying to catch up.
