Tokyo, Japan, May 19, 2026 – Astroscale Holdings Inc. (“Astroscale”), the market leader in satellite servicing and long-term orbital sustainability across all orbits, and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (“SKY Perfect JSAT”) today announced that SKY Perfect JSAT is investing in Astroscale as part of a strategic partnership to support the development of reliable and sustainable space infrastructure. Through the partnership, the companies will cooperate on on-orbit servicing initiatives led by Astroscale, including satellite inspection, repair, and life-extension, and will jointly drive the development of new business.

SKY Perfect JSAT, as one of Asia’s largest satellite communications operators, has built a diverse range of businesses centered on communications and broadcasting. The company leverages its advanced satellite operations expertise developed over many years, as well as its satellite fleet and ground infrastructure, primarily serving the Asia-Pacific region. In recent years, SKY Perfect JSAT has been further diversifying its business portfolio, including initiatives in the national security and Earth observation sectors.
