Ultrasonic metering enables intelligent edge sensing that benefits utility and customer with enhanced information and safety features
With 19 million Landis+Gyr ultrasonic gas meters deployed and delivering benefits for our utility customers and energy consumers, the introduction of Landis+Gyr’s Surent™ G480 ultrasonic gas meter in North America can’t be considered “new tech.” In fact, it is the only residential ultrasonic gas measurement platform proven at scale for over three decades.
Landis+Gyr has been a leader in advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) since the release of our first digital electric meter in the 1980’s with a common cloud-based management platform operating across all our electric, gas, and water solutions.
