WRITER earns nine G2 badges for its AI agent platform in Fall 2026 awards

WRITER has earned nine G2 badges in the Fall 2026 awards across two categories: AI Agent Builders and Conversational Interface Agents. The badges recognize WRITER across multiple dimensions, from leadership and customer satisfaction to implementation speed and return on investment.

G2 bases its badges on verified reviews from real users. Each badge reflects feedback that G2 collects over a three-month period, weighted by recency, and evaluated against other products in the same category. The badges represent a peer-driven assessment of how a product performs in practice, not in marketing materials.

Leader in AI Agent Builders

WRITER was named a Leader in the AI Agent Builders category, a designation G2 reserves for products with both high customer satisfaction and substantial market presence. This badge reflects what enterprises report about building and deploying AI agents on the platform: business teams can create workflows in natural language, and IT can govern them with enterprise-grade controls.

One enterprise reviewer highlighted “the ability to create workflows very quickly without a lot of prompt iterations” and “the ability to add connectors.” Another noted, “It’s easy to use. The AI tools provide an output that’s usable almost every time.”

Implementation speed: Easiest Setup, Fastest Implementation, and Most Implementable

Three badges in the Conversational Interface Agents category highlight how quickly teams get productive: Easiest Setup recognizes the highest Ease of Setup rating, Fastest Implementation recognizes the shortest go-live time, and Most Implementable recognizes the highest overall Implementation rating.

An enterprise reviewer put it simply: “I can focus on the decision making without spending a lot of time curating the information.” The structured playbook steps let teams go back to any step and validate the output, which builds confidence that the process is sound.

Best Estimated ROI

WRITER earned the Best Estimated ROI badge in Conversational Interface Agents, based on a combination of estimated time to achieve ROI and time to go live. For enterprise buyers evaluating platforms, this badge signals that the path from deployment to value is short.

One enterprise reviewer noted that the out-of-the-box playbooks, projects, and skills “can be customized with business assets,” allowing teams to become productive early rather than requiring months of configuration.

High Performer and Users Love Us

WRITER also earned a High Performer badge in Conversational Interface Agents and the Users Love Us badge, which requires at least 20 reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher.

What customers are saying

On brand voice and consistency: One enterprise reviewer highlighted “the ability to create and share unique voices, especially for managing executive communications with multiple executives.” Another pointed to “custom Styleguides and Voices” as a standout feature. At WRITER, we’ve found that teams can scale on-brand content with AI only when brand standards are built into the platform, not policed after the fact.

On trust and accuracy: An enterprise reviewer in Canada described WRITER as “more accurate with fewer hallucinations” and praised its “writing that is also a lot smoother and less repetitive.” Another reviewer called it “trusted AI,” noting that the structured playbook steps let them “go back to any step to validate if something feels off.”

On iteration and collaboration: One enterprise reviewer compared working with WRITER to “working with a coworker,” where “I can provide ideas, and it can help either push back on those or expand upon them.” The ability to iterate rather than accept a first response came up across multiple reviews.

Thank you to our customers

These badges belong to the customers who took the time to share their experiences on G2. Your reviews help other enterprises evaluate whether WRITER is the right platform for their teams, and they push us to keep improving.
