TOKYO - September 25, 2026 - NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, today announced it has been named a Leader in two ISG Provider Lens® reports: Insurance ITO Services and Insurance Strategic Advisory and Enablement Services. The recognition follows the launch of NTT DATA AI for Insurance, an AI-native agentic solution that converts complex core insurance workflows into governed, repeatable services.
The reports analyzed market trends and competitive dynamics among providers of insurance consulting and technology outsourcing services, evaluating how providers help global insurers navigate AI-led modernization, regulatory complexity and operating model reinvention. Insurance Strategic Advisory and Enablement Services
ISG's Insurance Strategic Advisory and Enablement Services report highlighted NTT DATA's unified global insurance organization, which brings together regional insurance expertise under one strategic advisory offering. The report also cited NTT DATA's acquisition of The Alchemy Technology Services as strengthening its presence in the UK and Ireland, adding Guidewire specialty insurance and London market expertise.
