Spark plugs, injectors, spool valves, and engine valves
The advanced capabilities of the system allow up to 5000 dimensions to be measured simultaneously. Measurements compared to pre-set standards and measurements of fine radii or curved surfaces can be performed all at once.
Gears and sprockets
Peak circle diameter, tooth pitch angle, and concentricity can easily be measured using virtual lines.
Oil seals, O-rings, and mechanical seals
Both the inner and outer diameters, as well as the minimum and maximum diameters can be easily measured. Burrs are automatically recognized and measured as well.
Weatherstripping
Profile tolerance measurements can be performed easily by making comparisons with CAD drawings or a master sample.
Springs, screws, and bolts
A variety of measurements such as major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, pitch, and angle can be performed instantaneously. The IM-X Series is also equipped with a dedicated menu for thread measurement.
Electrical component connectors, seatbelt components, and interior components
It is easy to perform measurement for points where epi-illumination is used. Lighting conditions are reproduced automatically.
