- Powered by Lenovo’s technology, Nicolò Bulega completed the Triple Crown for the Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team by securing the 2026 WorldSBK Riders’ Championship at the Italian Round
- Lenovo, Main Sponsor of the team, has provided the hardware which has worked seamlessly all season aiding more informed race decisions
Today, the Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team cemented a standout season by winning the 2026 WorldSBK Triple Crown, as Nicolò Bulega secured the Riders’ Title at Cremona with two Rounds remaining. With Lenovo technology supporting the team throughout the season, this win follows the team’s earlier success, having secured the Teams’ Title and contributed to Ducati’s Manufacturers’ Championship victory.
In its 100 anniversary year, Ducati wrapped up its fifth straight Superbike Manufacturers’ Title at Donington Park with four Rounds still to run, while Aruba.it Racing – Ducati claimed the Teams’ Championship in the same weekend. The new Panigale V4R, built with aero ideas borrowed from MotoGP alongside a reworked chassis, front frame and double-sided swingarm, has been the backbone of that success. Supported by data-driven insights enabled by Lenovo technology, both Nicolò Bulega and team-mate Iker Lecuona have performed at the highest level throughout the season, with Bulega also achieving a new WorldSBK record of 25 consecutive wins.
The team’s 2026 season has been defined by precision and dominance with Lenovo, Main Sponsor to Aruba.it Racing – Ducati, playing a central role in its success. Lenovo ThinkSystem SE350 edge servers and Lenovo ThinkPad P1 mobile workstations have been pivotal in handling the heavy lifting of race data, delivering the high compute performance the team needs while remaining straightforward to use. This partnership reflects the winning combination of Lenovo’s advanced solutions and Ducati’s racing heritage, showing how technology and engineering excellence work hand in hand to achieve amazing results.
Furthermore, with the WorldSBK regulations prohibiting real-time analysis, Lenovo’s powerful hardware plays a critical role in processing race data and enabling setup adjustments at speed between sessions. Travelling to every round, Lenovo enables Ducati engineers to process up to 40 GB of data per weekend, allowing them to rapidly turn raw data into smarter strategies and sharper setups between races. With less than two hours between some sessions, the ability to analyze data and change configurations can make all the difference to performance.
“This extraordinary Triple Crown is the result of exceptional talent, determination and teamwork performed at the highest level. We are proud that Lenovo’s technology has supported Aruba.it Racing – Ducati throughout the season, helping the team make faster, more informed decisions in an environment where every detail can make a difference. This achievement highlights the value of a partnership built on innovation, excellence and a shared commitment to performance. Congratulations to Nicolò Bulega and the entire team on a truly historic accomplishment,” commented, Enza Truzzolillo, Managing Director and General Manager, Lenovo Italy.
“It’s been a great season and to top it off with the Triple Crown is a fantastic result for everyone involved. A special thanks to our partner Lenovo and everyone behind the scenes who has contributed to such a successful season. The WorldSBK championship is demanding not just for the riders and team but also for the technology we rely on. That’s why we look to Lenovo to provide high-performance solutions that are reliable and able to perform in tough environments, anywhere in the world,” commented Stefano Cecconi, Aruba CEO and Aruba.it Racing – Ducati Team Principal.
