Referral Program Rules

Terms and conditions of the Dev48 Partnership Program

1. General Terms

The referral program is available to all registered Dev48 users.
Participation in the program is free and requires no additional fees.
Dev48 reserves the right to change the program terms with 30 days notice to participants.
By participating, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these rules.
In case of discrepancies, Dev48 tracking records (clicks, signups, payout statuses) prevail.

A referral is considered a new client who has not previously had contractual relationships with Dev48.
Referred clients must be real legal entities or individuals.
Spam, fraudulent schemes, and other dishonest attraction methods are prohibited.
You may not advertise Dev48 with misleading promises (pricing, timelines, guarantees) on behalf of Dev48.
Dev48 may refuse to recognize a referral if there are signs of fraud or legal/ethical violations.

Commission size depends on the contract amount (from 2% to 7%).
Payment is made after full payment is received from the client.
The hold period for transaction verification is 30 days.
Commission is calculated only on the actually paid portion and may be adjusted for refunds/cancellations.
Dev48 does not guarantee commission attribution in case of third-party technical issues (browser, blockers, provider).

Self-referral (registration through your own link) is prohibited and does not earn rewards.
You cannot refer clients who are already in negotiations with Dev48.
Violation of the rules may result in affiliate account termination without payout of accumulated funds.
You may not use the Dev48 brand in domains, account names, or ads in a way that suggests official representation without approval.
Dev48 may suspend accruals/payouts during investigation of disputed activity or documents.

The minimum payout amount is $100.
Payments are made to a bank account or crypto wallet of the partner's choice.
Transfer fees may be deducted from the payout amount.
The partner is solely responsible for taxes and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Dev48 may request supporting documents/data for payout and identity/source-of-funds verification.
